Ocean Spray, Cheshire, U.K., has appointed Jim Lesser group marketing manager of the ingredient technology group (ITG) & foods team. The development forms part of an internal restructure, which integrates Ocean Spray’s Ingredient Technology Group and Consumer Foods Team into one global business unit.
